David J. McGee

Dave has over 30 years of litigation and transactional experience representing professionals, employers, boards (profit and non-profit), realtors (real estate agents, brokers, and brokerages), appraisers, title companies, engineers, design professionals, community associations, businesses and individuals in the areas of professional liability, civil litigation, commercial litigation, corporate and real estate transactional work, construction litigation, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, as well as commercial and residential real estate transactional work. 

Dave has repeatedly been named a “Super Lawyer” by Minnesota Law & Politics and Mpls/St. Paul Magazine. Dave has represented clients in a variety of forums including:

Natalie R. Walz

Natalie is a litigation and transactional partner primarily practicing in the areas of real estate and intellectual property. She advises and assists clients regarding a broad range of legal and business matters, including: 

  • Issues related to intellectual property
  • Trademark and copyright protection and enforcement
  • Real estate, and townhouse and condominium association law. 

She has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Natalie has been named a Minnesota Rising Star by Super Lawyers. In law school, Natalie received the Dean’s Award in Trial Advocacy and Sports Law. She also worked as an extern for the Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals and served as a volunteer assisting in the representation of individuals in Housing Court. 

Natalie is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She also participates in the Mentor Program at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
